If you wanted to hear something completely different (I think), I have started back on my protein diet. I managed to lose 20 lbs since last year, but I need to drop quite a bit more. Maybe I can get truly skinny/buff/whatever and shave my chest hair like the guys on tv? I didn’t think so either…
